Excellent company. 47.095439, 9.069681 are the office coordinates for loading. I arrived a day early and was allowed to spend the night on site. There are restrooms and showers in the workshop. The staff is very friendly. Loading the container took about two hours.

This review pertains solely to communication with the Key Account Manager for Packaging at Netstal Maschinen AG. My experience with the Key Account Manager for Packaging at Netstal Maschinen AG was unfortunately far from satisfactory. Communication was unprofessional and, in many cases, unfair. Instead of open and clear discussions, there were frequent misunderstandings and ambiguities that could easily have been avoided. It seems that little emphasis is placed on building a partnership. Important concerns were either ignored or only superficially addressed, which severely damaged trust in the collaboration. The way one conducts oneself in direct contact is also reflected in the negative image one leaves within the industry. When a Key Account Manager is responsible for important clients, one should demonstrate more commitment and fairness. Unfortunately, I experienced the opposite.
