Un grande complimento ai collaboratori della filiale Fust di Netstal. Ho erroneamente chiamato per lamentarmi perché pensavo mancasse una parte dell'apparecchio dall'imballo. Il collaboratore Fust, estremamente cordiale, però, non sapeva assolutamente nulla del mio acquisto e per un attimo ho perso la calma. Tuttavia aveva ragione al 100%. Semplicemente perché quello stesso giorno non avevo acquistato l'apparecchio da Fust, ma da un altro rivenditore di elettronica nello stesso edificio. Per fortuna la questione si è risolta subito: sono rimasto profondamente colpito dalla calma e dall'eccezionale cordialità con cui il collaboratore della Fust è rimasto durante tutta la telefonata, mentre io perdevo sempre più la calma. È stato solo quando ha guardato la ricevuta che il mio errore è stato finalmente chiarito. Naturalmente colgo l'occasione per scusarmi sinceramente con Fust di Netstal per il mio comportamento inappropriato al telefono e prometto che per il mio prossimo acquisto sceglierò Fust di Netstal tra tutti gli altri fornitori. Mi scuso ancora una volta per il mio modo indubbiamente impossibile al telefono e mi congratulo con Fust per i suoi meravigliosi e incredibilmente pazienti dipendenti della filiale Netstal. Una prestazione davvero impressionante e una prestazione molto scarsa da parte mia. Scusa. 👏👏👏👍

Unfortunately, very disappointing. We wanted to get some advice on a dishwasher. The salesman was very polite and all, but the advice was useless. When I gave him the model number of our old dishwasher, he waved it off. Unfortunately, that was his mistake, as he offered us the wrong height. Besides, why did we bother going to a specialist store if I now have to look for an appliance myself? What was also very strange was whether trainees are left alone these days. There wasn't another salesman around. This isn't the first time we've been given incorrect advice. Is this your new philosophy? We will definitely never go to Fust again.

One of the best Fust branches we've ever visited. Very friendly and competent staff who take their time and clearly enjoy their work. A big thank you to Mr. Mächler, who was incredibly helpful in finding spare parts for our food processor and handled everything right up to shipping them to our home. Simply fantastic!
