un'azienda disgustosa ha inviato tutti i miei libri separatamente e ha perso 3 settimane di apprendimento scolastico perché non riescono a svolgere bene il loro lavoro

Preferirei dare zero stelle; anche una stella è troppo per questo servizio scadente. Il servizio clienti lascia molto a desiderare. Ci sono voluti quattro tentativi (o meglio quattro consegne) prima che i libri ordinati arrivassero finalmente correttamente. Questa azienda è chiaramente incapace di imballare i libri correttamente e completamente secondo l'ordine. Incomprensibile ed esasperante!

Non abbiamo ancora ricevuto i libri di testo per nostra figlia, che abbiamo ordinato online il 1 agosto 2024 (domani inizia la scuola professionale!!!!). Hanno detto che se ordini i libri prima del 5 agosto, verranno consegnati in tempo. Le e-mail non ricevono risposta e le telefonate non ricevono risposta! È sempre e solo la segreteria telefonica! Sono semplicemente senza parole!! Sono senza parole!! È incredibile che possano definirsi un servizio educativo! Hanno personale ignorante e non qualificato!!! E noi dipendiamo da loro, dato che non puoi trovare i libri da nessun'altra parte... scandaloso! Domani mia figlia dovrà iniziare la scuola senza libri di testo! Spero che gli insegnanti le credano quando dice che la colpa è del servizio educativo!

I would like to share a different experience than everyone else here. However, it seems to me that this group of people has come together who don't understand what they're doing. Like many others here, I ordered the books at the end of July. Perhaps I was being optimistic, had I not been assured that all orders placed before August 3rd would arrive in time for the start of school on August 12th. On August 20th, a package was at my door, but unfortunately, it wasn't complete. The delivery note had a sticker on it saying "Missing titles will be delivered later." No one seems to know when they will arrive. Let's see how far we can get at the school without the necessary books. After countless unanswered calls and emails that apparently aren't being processed, I guess all that's left for me to do is go to church on Sundays and pray. The expertise of several employees here would probably be better placed at the church, where they don't differentiate between August and December anyway.

I ordered my learning materials for the upcoming school year about a month ago. Last week, I tried to contact them by phone over 20 times, but unfortunately, no one ever answered, and they were too good to call me back. Instead, they were able to leave work 20 minutes early... I don't think I even need to try contacting them by email, as I'm sure I won't get a response. I've had problems with this incompetent company every year during my apprenticeship and now again during my vocational baccalaureate. It's not like I'm the only one with these problems; in fact, I don't know anyone who hasn't had problems receiving their learning materials. And when the materials finally arrived, they were never complete; something was always missing. It's a miracle this place hasn't gone bankrupt yet.

What a rip-off company, and targeting students/schoolchildren, no less! They supposedly send things even though they didn't. I send them back, and they supposedly only receive half... in one package... Endless emails, phone calls, but all to no avail... Strangely enough, I'm not the only one. They should really clean up their office. 😝👎 I even offered a compromise! Simply a pathetic company.
