I also had a warranty claim. The staff were very polite, and the owner himself came to my boat the very next day to carry out the warranty work. I was very satisfied because the boat was repaired after just two days, and the matter was resolved. Thank you so much for the excellent service.
Unfortunately, they refuse to acknowledge Europe-wide warranty rights and deny warranty repairs for 2-month-old ZAR boats.
A competent and very efficient team. They do a great job. I'd gladly use them again.
