Il signor M. Spangenberg e suo fratello hanno completato diversi progetti per me. Che si tratti di isolamento, piastrellatura o ristrutturazione della cucina, una cosa è sempre vera: tutto viene fatto in tempo ed esattamente secondo le mie indicazioni. Anche i preventivi sono sempre estremamente dettagliati; non ci sono sorprese, il che per me è molto importante. Durante le consultazioni iniziali, sono sempre grato per la vasta esperienza del signor Spangenberg. Evidenzia potenziali problemi e trova sempre una soluzione orientata al cliente. Mi ha colpito anche la loro forte etica del lavoro: alcuni lavori (isolamento del seminterrato, vedi foto) erano davvero faticosi ed estremamente sporchi. Ciò non ha disturbato minimamente il team del signor Spangenberg che ha affrontato ogni progetto con grande entusiasmo. Infine il cantiere veniva lasciato sempre pulito e il signor Spangenberg era sempre disponibile e trovava tempo anche per le richieste dell'ultimo minuto. Un chiaro 5 stelle deluxe.

Il signor Spangenberg è un artigiano professionista ed esperto che è un maestro del suo mestiere e ha realizzato lavori di altissima qualità. L'intero progetto è stato gestito rapidamente e facilmente e la comunicazione è stata molto piacevole e amichevole. Inoltre la fatturazione è stata corretta e trasparente. Mr. Spangenberg and his brother carried out the following work for us when we replaced our windows (the new window frames were 3 cm thicker than the old ones): - Trimming the exterior insulation - Demolition of a brick wall/rebuilding the brick wall to accommodate the new window frames. Sealing, re-insulating, and plastering the exterior insulation - Trimming the exterior insulation around the large 6m wide sliding windows - Cutting out the exterior insulation to seal the window frame to the wall - Sealing the basement ceiling to the wall - Replastering the sides with excellent plaster profiles for the window frames - Fitting the ceramic patio tiles - Repairing the interior plaster around 3 windows. The work was carried out very professionally and precisely; you can tell they are skilled tradesmen. The transition between the exterior plaster and the window frames is now much better than before. I don't know of a better bricklayer with such a broad range of services, who does what he says, delivers top-quality work, and all at a very fair price. I didn't see any of the annoying flat fees that are common with others. Any unplanned extra work is clearly discussed beforehand. I will hire Mr. Spangenberg again for the insulation adjustments and interior plaster repairs on the remaining windows.
