Concessionario e officina Lotus molto competenti. Recentemente ho comprato da loro un'Exige. Non sono il cliente più semplice e a volte posso essere un personaggio un po' difficile/pignolo. Frank e il resto del team sono stati super pazienti con me e hanno mostrato molta buona volontà nei confronti dei piccoli reclami che ho avuto con la macchina (e li hanno risolti perfettamente per buona volontà DOPO che ho già firmato il contratto). Questo mi ha dato molta fiducia nei loro confronti per il futuro. Onestamente lo apprezzo molto! Visitarli a Schötz è sempre come sentirsi accolti a casa o a casa di amici. I was here to test drive a Lotus Exige and I have to say this was a unique customer experience. I contacted them on the Lotus website and got a callback right away, we could arrange an appointment very easily and I drove off fro Zürich to their location. From the salespeople, to the mechanics and also an old couple who I asume are the owners of the business everybody was extremely polite and friendly, and focusing all the time on "the experience". About the car, I've never driven anything like this, it takes a real driver to tame this beast, everything is manual and has a raw feeling to it, you are constantly connected to the road in a way that can only be understood by driving the car. If you are looking to buy or rent a Lotus I can wholeheartedly recommend to pay them a visit, you won't be dissappointed. I'll be back for sure to test the Lotus Emira when it becomes available.
