Il direttore è incredibilmente scortese, arrogante e un po' monarchico... Tre settimane di attesa per un appuntamento, tre settimane per una diagnosi, prima gli affari, poi il paziente. Un completo disastro in termini di organizzazione e comunicazione! Avrebbero dovuto chiamare il Centro Calamità!
Estremamente deluso. Evita il dottor Beguelin, che promette di richiamare ma non lo fa mai. Mi ha lasciato angosciato per la possibilità di una diagnosi errata (per mio figlio di età inferiore a un anno) nonostante i ripetuti tentativi (telefonici ed e-mail) con la segretaria, che anche lei non ha risposto. Il dottore è arrogante e completamente incompetente. Che tipo di assistenza sanitaria è questa, trascurando completamente le relazioni con i pazienti? Una telefonata e tutto sarebbe stato risolto. Sono scioccato.
