Molto personale ma nessun vero servizio. Ho ordinato online con ritiro in negozio. Il mio ordine è stato scambiato con quello di un altro cliente e ho dovuto attendere più di 30 minuti per l'elaborazione. Continuerò ad acquistare online e da altri negozi.

Nessuna competenza nel servizio clienti di sorta! Avevo bisogno di aiuto con l'attrezzatura informatica, nessuno in giro. sono andato al banco del check-out chiedendo se c'era qualcuno che potesse aiutarmi, il ragazzo tedesco non mi ha nemmeno guardato e ha chiesto che il cliente successivo si facesse avanti. ai proprietari di questo negozio, se spendete tutti questi soldi avendo un negozio con tutta questa attrezzatura da vendere e nessuno che aiuti i clienti che chiedono aiuto per prendere decisioni, non sorprendetevi quando i clienti portano la loro attività altrove!

When we came, no single employee was around. Even talking with another customer (trying to make ourselves noticed) didn’t help. We had to knock on staff’s door to get some attention. The information about the product wasn’t provided in full. It resulted for us in extra unexpected almost 200.- SFr and extra waiting time and extra stress, as we didn’t have the device ready for the first day of school (and it is REQUIRED to bring it to school, especially on the first day, when everything is set up for the whole year). Very frustrating experience.

I went shopping there on January 23, 2026, and unfortunately, the vacuum cleaner was defective from the start.
