Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno per raggiungere il Monte Pilatus. Ci è stato consigliato di prendere la funivia, poi il treno a cremagliera e una barca con cui abbiamo potuto vedere la Svizzera in diversi modi.

Personale incredibilmente scortese e inutile. Ho comprato i biglietti online e volevo assicurarmi che stessimo andando nel posto giusto e tutto il resto. La donna del negozio ha detto che era facile. Le ho chiesto di indicare sulla mappa e di aiutarmi e lei è stata molto scortese e mi ha spedito rapidamente. Non c'era nessuno nel negozio, lei era in piedi dietro la scrivania e guardava le persone. Spero che sia un caso unico. Ad ogni modo, le persone al Terminal sono molto più utili che andare in questo negozio.

Staff both too important and busy talking between each other to be helpful. (No other customers in the shop) Do you have this shirt in the 2XL size please? No. Do you know where I could get one? Answer - up the mountain! Both attendants had a look of contempt as if to say don't bother me. We were up the mountain yesterday and didn't see any of the shirts they told us to go up the mountain to buy. Went to a shop round the corner and an extremely helpful staff member at Weber's World had the shirt we wanted and found us the size we wanted . Forget the Pilatus shop if that's what they call service. Usually like to see service employed but glad we bought our tickets to the mountain online in this case

The staff was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed to get to Pilatus. We got recommend to take the cable car then the cogwheel train and a boat which we were able to see Switzerland in different ways.
