As a restaurateur and currently a student at the New Design University near Vienna, I'm studying Food & Design part-time. Through my network, I was introduced to Prorest AG, specifically René Widmer. For my semester project, "Insect Society," I wanted to extract aromas from insects to create a new product. With René, I found the perfect person.
