Un uomo completamente sopraffatto, rumoroso e ostile stava servendo, visibilmente infastidito dagli ospiti. Li rimproverò bruscamente, lamentandosi del fatto che non sarebbero andati all'estremità del tavolo per sedersi, cosa che semplicemente non era ovvia per molti di loro. Poi, dopo 20 minuti, ha detto loro che DOVEVANO aspettare! Ho chiesto del proprietario; So che è completamente diverso, avendo vissuto nella zona anni fa. Remimag (una catena) è la proprietaria, fu la risposta, seguita da un sarcastico "perché?" Mi sono trattenuto dal rispondere... Un punto positivo, tuttavia, era una giovane donna che stava lavorando il suo primo giorno; lei è stata molto amichevole. Le auguro tutto il meglio. Tutto sommato, un'enorme delusione!

Platzmühle Zug, the food is a disaster! The Pizza Prosciutto and Pizza Prosciutto- and Funghi (25.50) were like cardboard, with hardly any tomato sauce, something resembling mozzarella, and about 20 grams of something else (supposed to be prosciutto) for CHF 24.00. The price would be acceptable, but the preparation is an outrage! It's a shame, it would be a great place, and the waiter was very friendly and efficient. I think he was ashamed of these pizzas. It's a pity, but I've never had such terrible food! Stars? No thanks! (I had to give 1 star, otherwise the post would be inactive.)

I'm mostly familiar with the Kunsthaus restaurant in Zurich. Yesterday I was there for the umpteenth time for Chinese food. Excellent service, as always. High-quality food and wine. The brunch is also not to be sniffed at. Very varied. KEEP IT UP!!

A 60-franc processing fee for an unused parking meter strikes me as extortionate. A 10-day payment period, then they'll file a complaint... oh, what a friendly announcement from Remimag. It goes without saying that we will be avoiding your restaurants in the future. Not because of the "fine," but because of the exorbitant amount demanded.
