Zimmerberg Immobilien GmbH was fine before Mr. Hilfiker arrived. Mr. Hilfiker's conduct and work are a disaster. Rental agreements are left unfinished, nameplates are forgotten, invoices are incorrect—to name just three of countless examples. And when I, as a customer, dare to ask questions, his arrogance and rudeness are unparalleled. Even my new property management company has been repeatedly astonished by Mr. Hilfiker's behavior and work.
I have attended several apartment viewings conducted by Zimmerberg Immobilien GmbH and can only confirm the professionalism, competence, and friendliness of this company. I would especially like to thank Mr. Hilfiker for the pleasant communication, his customer-oriented and dedicated service, as well as his active support and assistance during my apartment search in the Thalwil area.
