Abbiamo avuto un'esperienza davvero piacevole. Il personale e l'host erano eccezionalmente cordiali e accoglienti dal momento in cui siamo arrivati. Il cibo era eccezionale: ben preparato e pieno di sapore. Non esiterei a raccomandare questo ristorante e non vedo l'ora di tornare
Ho trovato questo ristorante basandomi sulle recensioni su Google. Sono rimasto davvero colpito e felice di aver prenotato la cena qui. Tutto era impeccabile qui al ristorante. Dagli antipasti agli antipasti alle bevande e ai servizi. La zuppa di erbe alpine mi ha lasciato a bocca aperta il profilo aromatico, quanto fosse equilibrata, la presentazione visiva, la scelta degli ingredienti, tutto 10/10. Anche la zuppa di zucca aveva la sua firma culinaria. Le carni erano cotte alla perfezione. Consiglio vivamente il carré di agnello e i piatti a base di manzo. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare e provare altri piatti. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante. Personale molto cordiale e premuroso. Complimenti allo chef e alla squadra. Ben fatto.
Siamo stati fortunati a chiamare alle 19:30 e ad avere un bellissimo tavolo vicino alla finestra alle 20:00. Il personale è adorabile e in particolare il nostro cameriere Joel è stato gentile, attento ed entusiasta nel condividere deliziosi consigli. Il cibo era presentato in modo artistico e aveva un sapore altrettanto buono. Nel complesso è stato il nostro miglior pasto in Svizzera. In particolare, lo speciale di merluzzo, l'antipasto di trota e la torta al cioccolato speciale erano la perfezione. Ma in realtà ogni piatto è piaciuto molto. Spero che anche tu possa goderti questo delizioso ristorante!
Dinner reservations are required days in advance if you want a chance at eating here. We started off with the special appetizer of rabbit and a salad. Then for the meal we tried the white fish fillet and the local beef escalope. The sauce they used on the beef was a little bit salty for my taste. Both meals were good though. To finish I had a scoop of their homemade ice-cream and it was delicious! This place is pricey. Service was wonderful. The outdoor seating had a nice view of the mountains. Overall I would recommend this place if you want some fine dining and have some money to blow through.
Food here at Barren was great! 🍽️ We arrived without a reservation but were lucky enough to get a table. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly, which made the experience even better. I tried the smoked salmon pasta and it was amazing—the flavors were well-balanced and delicious. We were tempted to try their desserts since they all looked so good, but unfortunately, we were already too full. Also, a fun detail—their toilet has a chandelier! ✨ Such a unique touch. Definitely worth a visit!
Nicole and the rest of the staff were phenomenal! She went over and above, taking such good care of us, from recommending and serving amazing pre-dinner cocktails to guiding us toward the most incredible Swiss food!!! We had the stuffed chicken, carrot soup, pea soup, and the salad bowl, and all were unique and outstanding!!! Nicole continued to take care of us, helping us navigate our way home to another town on the trains/buses! What a wonderful overall dining experience! Fresh, fabulous food and innovative cocktails and impeccable service from the entire team! We will return!!!
