Non è un'agenzia di reclutamento rispettabile. La condotta professionale nei confronti dei disoccupati è inesistente. Fanno sentire i disoccupati come se fossero troppo pigri per svolgere il proprio lavoro o semplicemente incapaci di svolgerlo correttamente. Ho inviato più di 15 domande (per lo più al signor de Camillis) e ho ricevuto solo una conferma di lettura, niente di più. Cosa fa tutto il giorno? Si gira i pollici, a quanto pare. Quando ho dato seguito a una richiesta, la scusa era sempre la stessa: non ho visto l'e-mail oppure ricevono così tante e-mail ogni giorno che non riescono a tenerne traccia. Dici sul serio? Sei qui per questo o Adecco è qui solo per divertimento, come sembra? Non sorprenderti se ricevi recensioni negative; è colpa tua Hanno urgentemente bisogno di assumere persone più rispettabili che sappiano effettivamente cosa stanno facendo e come svolgere il proprio lavoro. È solo una continua ricerca di applicazioni. È scandaloso che le persone trovino lavoro anche se non riescono a svolgerlo correttamente!

I miei ringraziamenti vanno al Sig. Fazzari! Avevo già lavorato personalmente su alcune offerte interessanti, ma il signor Fazzari ha trovato esattamente il mix di tecnologia e vendita che cercavo. Il suo primo suggerimento si è rivelato subito il lavoro dei miei sogni. I suoi buoni contatti nelle risorse umane mi hanno aiutato a raccogliere informazioni interessanti anche prima del primo incontro. Come ho notato durante il primo giro di interviste, mi ha presentato molto bene. E anche dopo tutto è andato liscio. Sono sempre stato informato e ora sono più che felice. I am NOT satisfied with Adecco Uster or Winterthur for the following reasons: October 30: I contacted Adecco Uster by email, saying I would like to meet with them for a consultation. Then I received a message that they had reviewed my application and had nothing suitable for me. ONLY: They hadn't received my application yet. RESPONSE Adecco Winterthur (Person A): Sorry, you received the wrong email. October 31: So I sent my application to Adecco and received a response that they would review everything carefully and contact me. November 20: I contacted Adecco and asked about it, as I haven't received any response yet. RESPONSE Adecco Winterthur (Person B): They don't cover the job area I'm looking for, so they can't find me a suitable position. I respond and ask why I wasn't informed of this earlier and why I wasn't referred to another office. This would have allowed me to use these weeks more efficiently and with another Adecco office (which serves the job field I'm seeking). I then write to Adecco: If there is still interest in placing me, please contact the appropriate person and I will be referred to them. And if there is no interest in placement, I would like my files to be deleted. RESPONSE Adecco Winterthur (Person A): We have deleted your data. Conclusion: My current impression of Adecco Uster and Winterthur is as follows: - There is some disarray. - Customer service is not a top priority. - They don't want to refer the customer. Do I recommend Adecco Uster and Winterthur now? Of course not.

Everything is defined by price; whoever puts in the most effort gets the job. It's become a truly dumping-wage market. This is also how things are sold to the customer/company. This isn't professional. Furthermore, the way you're sold to the company as an employee is very irritating. Personal/life circumstances and details that aren't meant for the company's HR department are divulged. This has nothing to do with professional placement anymore. I'm now questioning how the staff are trained and whether the Adecco brand can continue to be trusted. The current market doesn't forgive anyone for making a mistake.
