Viste le recensioni negative e davvero spaventose, non voglio assolutamente correre un grosso rischio, ed è un vero peccato che non abbiano risposto a tutte queste recensioni negative per permettermi di acquistare invece di esitare...
The order was processed quickly and the watch arrived promptly; that was the only positive aspect. Unfortunately, it didn't appeal to me, as the color was displayed completely differently on the website. So I requested a return and sent it back at my own expense. According to the tracking information, the watch arrived at Jspc on February 26th, but despite contacting them via email, I'm still waiting for my refund as of March 20th.
The watch is truly beautiful, very high-quality, and unique. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. My boyfriend was thrilled with it. However, the communication was terrible; he was unfriendly, and in the end, I was ignored. I ordered the watch on May 26, 2025, for my partner's birthday, which was on June 24, 2025 (the watch didn't arrive until July 14, 2025). When I first contacted them, they said they wouldn't be able to deliver it by the agreed-upon date and that it would take an extra week. That would have been fine with me, as it would only have been a one- or two-day delay. When nothing happened again and I contacted them again, I only received a curt reply stating that it would be shipped on July 4th. When nothing happened again, I was getting really annoyed, as it was supposed to be a birthday present and I was counting on being notified if there were any delays. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. When it still hadn't been shipped on July 4th, I inquired once more and was only told that it would probably be shipped on July 11th, 2025, and asked if that was okay. I replied that it wasn't, and that I wanted either to cancel the order or receive a discount because this wasn't acceptable to me. I received no response after that, no matter where I contacted them – the contact center, email, or live chat. I didn't get a reply... that's just unacceptable, promising it will be shipped soon and then not getting in touch when there are delays, and ultimately ignoring the customer... yes, I wasn't super friendly at the end either, but I think that's understandable when you get a response like that... (The watch is still beautiful, I can't complain. But you definitely need to work on your customer service representatives, because this isn't how things should be.)
