Dopo aver concordato l'installazione e la configurazione di un nuovo sistema WLAN, l'azienda ha presentato un reclamo ai clienti e ha annullato l'ordine.
Unfortunately, I can't give this company any stars. I was sold a landline phone that did NOT have an answering machine listening function, and I wasn't even informed of this during the consultation. An answering machine/mail or voicemail is common practice these days, but the company doesn't recognize it. A replacement device was also refused. A very sad experience, unfortunately!! According to the owner's response: It remains the same >I had a phone with an answering machine listening function. I was sold one without, and I wasn't even informed about it, why would I order something like that? I activated the answering machine function with the new provider, but the owner denies this and called me a liar. This was his 'acceptable solution'! Mr. Owner, you have my phone number, test the function! You can acquire competence, but you have to bring decency and a good mindset!
