I stumbled across Auto Gobeli by chance while searching online. I was impressed by the large selection of used cars; many were in excellent condition, well-presented and transparent, and offered at fair prices. Without knowing who the owner was, I made the relatively long trip from Beromünster (LU) to Zweisimmen. I'd had a few bad experiences with car dealerships in our area. Either the prices weren't convincing, or the selection of good-quality used cars was rather limited. I contacted them beforehand by email, and their friendly and straightforward approach further motivated me to come by on a Saturday. My wife and I came, and we quickly became interested in two cars. Stefan then gave us the keys and gave us plenty of time to look at everything at our leisure, which I really appreciated. We then chose a car, and Stefan explained everything we wanted to know. The test drive was also very relaxed, without a set route or having to fill out and sign any forms. `` `` ] ] , ... Overall, the atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxed. Stefan is very friendly, respectful, and easygoing with his customers and caters to their needs. Since I financed the car, it took a week for the vehicle inspection and preparation for the handover. It probably could have been faster, but at our request, we arranged the handover for the following Saturday. At the handover, we were once again pleasantly surprised by how lovingly and meticulously the car had been prepared. Thank you again for that. We found Stefan to be an honest and reliable salesman who impressed us on all levels and has won us over as regular customers.
