Das Ergebnis war sehr schlecht und entsprach überhaupt nicht meinen Erwartungen. Ich habe wenig bis gar keine richtige Beratung erhalten. Der Preis ist absolut ungerechtfertigt. Darüber hinaus war der Kundenservice sehr unfreundlich. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht.

One rather unfriendly woman ruins the entire customer experience to the point that, despite the other courteous employees, one thinks twice about using the service again. Despite multiple complaints about what is likely the same unfriendly woman, management has failed to take appropriate countermeasures.
