Die Ausführung meiner Bestellung hat eine Weile gedauert, da sie auf Anfrage produziert werden musste (obwohl es für mich nicht dringend war). Auf jeden Fall war die Kommunikation des Anbieters klar, der Preis war wettbewerbsfähig und die Filter sind von hoher Qualität. Ich werde zu diesem eShop zurückkehren.
No good experience. Goods which were not ordered are delivered. A long and unprofessional discussion was ongoing.
The customer service and website was on top. For personal reason i hate always registering to an e commerce site. I have to admit they have the option to buy without registering which is fantastic. the goods arrive as promised on time, which is not so granted. one of their competitor had 2 weeks delay on a lead time of 10 days.
