Took a while to fulfill my order because it had to be produced on-demand (although it wasn't urgent for me). In any case, communication from the vendor was clear, price was competitive and the filters are high-quality. I will return to this eShop.
No good experience. Goods which were not ordered are delivered. A long and unprofessional discussion was ongoing.
The customer service and website was on top. For personal reason i hate always registering to an e commerce site. I have to admit they have the option to buy without registering which is fantastic. the goods arrive as promised on time, which is not so granted. one of their competitor had 2 weeks delay on a lead time of 10 days.
