Toller Kundenservice für Skiverleih. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und flexibel, auch wenn Sie einen Mietwagen in einem anderen InterSport-Geschäft buchen. Ich bin sehr froh, dass wir unsere Winterstiefel während unseres Skiverleihs aufbewahren durften. Tip-Top!
Super freundliches Personal half uns beim Verleih unseres E-Mountainbikes (Marke Mondraker) und fand dann eine Fahrradroute heraus, die unserem Niveau entsprach. Wir haben die Fahrräder für 4 Stunden gemietet, es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit, sie für einen Tag zu mieten.
Verleih von Skiern und Stöcken. Sie haben das neueste Modell zu vermieten und alles war sehr nett. Ich habe andere Mietstationen besucht, aber sie hatten ein älteres Modell. Eine Ersparnis von 20 % lohnte sich nicht. Sie haben viele andere Standorte, so dass ich die Ski wechseln konnte, wenn mir einer der gemieteten Skier nicht gefiel. Ich würde in diesen Laden zurückkehren, wenn ich in der Schweiz Skifahren gehe

I rented my skis for 5 days at Graf and had one of the best services from Danny and Annalize. My skis were either stolen or taken by mistake on the mountain. Both of them were very comforting and tried their best to make sure this would not ruin the rest of my vacation. I was given another pair of skis right away! I hope that the skis were just mistakenly taken and would be returned. Excellent service, Danny and Annalize!
DONT GET YOUR SKIES SERVIED HERE!!! I paid 110 CHF the first time and the to say it out right messed it up 3 times where the ski wasn’t serviced as it was supposed to be. Then I get a voucher for a free ski service which is fine, but when I go to use it, the don’t do a proper service, not even the small scratches underneath are filled… I then tell one of the employees this and she basically just replies this is what you get if you pay more we can fill do it right…. I was very disappointed and now I need to go somewhere else to get a proper service! Sad that I can’t give 0 stars…
