Service client incroyable pour la location de skis. Le personnel est très sympathique et flexible pour s'adapter même lors de la réservation de locations dans un autre magasin InterSport. Très heureux qu'ils nous aient laissé ranger nos bottes d'hiver pendant notre location de journée de ski. De premier ordre!
Le personnel super sympathique nous a aidé avec nos locations de VTT électriques (marque Mondraker) et a ensuite trouvé un itinéraire cyclable adapté à notre niveau. Nous avons loué les vélos pour 4 heures, mais il existe également une option de location à la journée.
Skis et bâtons loués. Ils ont le dernier nouveau modèle à louer et les choses étaient très gentilles. Je suis allé dans d'autres lieux de location, mais ils avaient un modèle plus ancien, ce qui ne valait pas la peine d'économiser 20 %. Ils ont de nombreux autres endroits, donc je pourrais changer de ski si je n'en aimais pas un loué. Je retournerais dans ce magasin si je pars skier en Suisse

I rented my skis for 5 days at Graf and had one of the best services from Danny and Annalize. My skis were either stolen or taken by mistake on the mountain. Both of them were very comforting and tried their best to make sure this would not ruin the rest of my vacation. I was given another pair of skis right away! I hope that the skis were just mistakenly taken and would be returned. Excellent service, Danny and Annalize!
DONT GET YOUR SKIES SERVIED HERE!!! I paid 110 CHF the first time and the to say it out right messed it up 3 times where the ski wasn’t serviced as it was supposed to be. Then I get a voucher for a free ski service which is fine, but when I go to use it, the don’t do a proper service, not even the small scratches underneath are filled… I then tell one of the employees this and she basically just replies this is what you get if you pay more we can fill do it right…. I was very disappointed and now I need to go somewhere else to get a proper service! Sad that I can’t give 0 stars…
