Der Kontakt war immer gut, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr professionell (pünktlich, kompetent, sorgfältig, effizient, brachten Schutzmaterialien für diverse Möbelstücke mit und sprachen Deutsch). Von Anfang bis Ende lief alles perfekt und wir können ihnen nicht genug danken. Und unserer Meinung nach war es angesichts des damit verbundenen Aufwands nicht einmal extrem teuer.

Mein Partner ist zum zweiten Mal mit GAAL Transporte umgezogen. Ich finde es toll, dass der Inhaber persönlich mit anpackt und auch die Vorarbeiten und Organisation übernimmt. Sie waren auf die Minute pünktlich und haben eine Dreizimmerwohnung in eine Zweizimmerwohnung umgezogen. Kein Schaden, schnell und zuverlässig. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Not recommended for private moves: In the apartment building, the movers whistle and shout loudly at 7:00 a.m., disturbing the other tenants. The "foreman" was shown a corner in the basement with items that were NOT to be moved (as they were to be disposed of), but this information was not passed on to the other movers, so the bulky waste was moved to the new address. In the end, they even charged for an hour that would likely not have been incurred without the bulky waste. Also at the new address, one of the movers brazenly looked around the entire apartment and used the freshly cleaned toilet without asking! The company refuses to pay for damage caused in the old apartment. They simply say "it wasn't us," even though no one else could be responsible. Another peculiarity: you have to give the movers 10 Swiss francs each in cash for their mid-morning snack.
