Entreprise de déménagement au top ! Recommandé par des collègues. Ils étaient toujours faciles à contacter, les ouvriers étaient très professionnels (ponctuels, compétents, soigneux, efficaces, apportaient du matériel de protection pour divers meubles et parlaient allemand). Tout s'est parfaitement déroulé du début à la fin et nous ne les remercierons jamais assez. Et à notre avis, cela n’était même pas extrêmement coûteux, compte tenu de l’effort impliqué.

Mon partenaire a déménagé chez GAAL Transporte pour la deuxième fois. Je trouve fantastique que le propriétaire s'implique personnellement et s'occupe également des travaux préparatoires et de l'organisation. Ils ont été ponctuels à la minute près et ont déménagé d'un appartement de trois pièces dans un appartement de deux pièces. Aucun dommage, rapide et fiable. Fortement recommandé.

Not recommended for private moves: In the apartment building, the movers whistle and shout loudly at 7:00 a.m., disturbing the other tenants. The "foreman" was shown a corner in the basement with items that were NOT to be moved (as they were to be disposed of), but this information was not passed on to the other movers, so the bulky waste was moved to the new address. In the end, they even charged for an hour that would likely not have been incurred without the bulky waste. Also at the new address, one of the movers brazenly looked around the entire apartment and used the freshly cleaned toilet without asking! The company refuses to pay for damage caused in the old apartment. They simply say "it wasn't us," even though no one else could be responsible. Another peculiarity: you have to give the movers 10 Swiss francs each in cash for their mid-morning snack.
