Respektlos, der den Tell abnimmt und der mich weiter geführt hat, ist der, der halb Hochdeutsch spricht, nicht einmal richtig sprechen kann und nichts überprüft. Keine Empfehlung, tut mir leid, zerreißen Sie einfach den Bericht.

⭐☆☆☆☆ The customer service is absolutely appalling. I didn't even have to go to the store in person – it was clear from the phone how disrespectfully potential customers are treated. I was met with unbearable arrogance, as if they were doing me a favor by even answering. No willingness to help, zero professionalism, and a complete lack of respect. If the way they treat potential customers is this bad, I don't even want to imagine what it's like after a purchase. Stay away from this store. A complete disappointment.

Extremely unfriendly and absolutely unhelpful. Since I ordered a product from another source (a Swiss company) that apparently doesn't source its parts through the importer, there were discrepancies. I tried to clarify the situation via email. Due to incorrect information from Tekno Parts, I then ordered the wrong part again from the "wrong" website, which is also illegal to use. I then got in touch with a dealer who simply tried to brush me off and offered no help, alternative products, or solutions. Even though these existed. It's a real shame that customers are treated this way. From now on, I will be extremely careful to ensure I never have anything to do with Tekno Parts again. It's a real shame, and therefore I absolutely cannot recommend them. I lost a lot of money simply because my initial inquiry wasn't even properly read, and I was given some unfounded story.
