Absolute Diebe ... sie berechnen mir seit fast 2 Jahren 10 zusätzliche Franken. Ich kann sie nicht stoppen. Die App zeigt dir zwar deine Rechnung, hat aber keinen QR-Code und keine Bankdaten zum Bezahlen, sodass sie dich weiterhin um 10 Dollar im Monat betrügen können. Großes kriminelles Unternehmen ... 3 Sterne sind auch viel zu großzügig für diese Idioten, zu schade, dass ich mich nicht für negative Starts entscheiden konnte

Innova ist die schlechteste Versicherungsgesellschaft, für die ich je gearbeitet habe. Sie versuchten wiederholt, telefonisch einen Berater zu schicken. Nach Prüfung meiner aktuellen Police sagte der Berater, dass er meine Zusatzversicherung bei Helsana kündigen und durch Innova ersetzen würde. Ich habe jetzt Schulden bei zwei Versicherungsgesellschaften. Sie haben die Tatsache ausgenutzt, dass ich kein Deutsch spreche, und eine 3-Jahres-Versicherung unterschreiben lassen. Derzeit habe ich eine Zusatzversicherung bei innova, weiß aber noch nicht einmal, was das ist. Ich weiß nicht, wofür meine Police gilt, da sie nicht wie andere Versicherungsgesellschaften eine englische Sprache hat, es ist eine völlig lügnerische und unehrliche Firma. Ich empfehle niemandem.

Das Schlimmste überhaupt. Sie verschicken immer Benachrichtigungen über unbezahlte Rechnungen, auch wenn die Rechnungen schon lange bezahlt sind. Ich wurde praktisch dazu gezwungen, eine Versicherung bei ihnen abzuschließen, weil einer ihrer Arbeiter zu meiner Wohnung kam und mich vier Stunden lang in Angst und Schrecken versetzte, damit ich eine Versicherung bei ihnen abschließen konnte.

An absolute disgrace to insurance, incompetent and amateurish. After receiving a medical report on my condition, Innova took over six weeks to respond. In a three-line message, they stated without any justification that my condition (incisional hernia) was not considered a medical illness and that they would therefore not provide any benefits. Only after threatening legal action did they finally make a payment approximately 10 weeks after receiving the medical report. Innova tried to evade their obligation to pay out in the cheapest way possible. Stay away from this disgraceful insurance company. If Innova tries to deny you legally entitled benefits, they should be held accountable and the matter made public. Such scandalous behavior must not be allowed to succeed. Clearly, Innova has not understood its mandate. It's unimaginable what the consequences would have been if I had been a person with a migration background, who might not know their rights and also had language deficiencies. ... Such behavior absolutely must be publicly condemned.

Innova was a complete disappointment. Before my surgery, I was told over the phone that everything was clear and fine. I had the surgery on Monday morning, and afterward, I was hospitalized semi-privately, as Innova had previously arranged. A few days later, I received a cancellation notice in the mail, with no reimbursement of any costs. Completely overwhelmed and in the middle of my healing phase, I had to figure out exactly what the problem was. Since I hadn't disclosed that a problem had already existed before taking out the insurance, the contract was canceled. That's all well and good, that was my mistake. But what about all the money I had already paid Innova? Without any service from Innova?! You could take a portion and cancel the contract at the same time, right?! Logically, that's not possible, because insurance is never about actually helping customers, but, as always, just about money. Good for Innova that they were able to profit off me. You're doing great! The doctor who operated on me was so upset by the situation that HE waived his fee to reduce my costs! So the person who actually helped me waived his share, and Innova gets away with my money without providing any service?! It's truly a joke, and I would be ashamed to work for such a company. I definitely could have saved myself the money and would recommend everyone not to go to Innova. I've already discussed the case in great detail with Innova, and I've always been told that they won't do anything about it and that Innova has no interest in accommodating me in any way. I'm stuck with the bill.

Terrible customer service. Not recommended. We received a premium adjustment with which we disagreed, and subsequently cancelled our policy. The cancellation was rejected on the grounds that we had been informed in advance via the policy. However, we never received this policy, neither by mail nor email. The invoice didn't arrive until December. So late that we missed the cancellation deadline. This seems deliberately orchestrated. It's not fair practice. When we contacted them, we were told we could still use the benefits this year. In plain terms, this means they're hoping something will happen so we'll make a claim. This is tasteless and disrespectful. This is no way to treat customers. Thanks for nothing.
