Nicht einmal eine Erinnerung, keine Push-Benachrichtigungen auf Ihrem Handy, nur eine Rechnung mit der Strafe in 7 Tagen. Jeder, der mit ihnen Geschäfte macht, sollte sich schämen.

Vorsicht vor dieser Firma... Die Parkuhr in Baden am Postparkplatz (in der Nähe des Haupteingangs) funktionierte nicht und akzeptierte kein Geld (Karte). Jetzt habe ich eine Busse von 57 Franken erhalten. Ich kontaktierte die Firma, um die Parkgebühren nachträglich per Banküberweisung zu bezahlen, sie zeigte jedoch weder Verständnis noch Kulanz. Wie ist es möglich, dass so etwas in der Schweiz passiert? Dieses Unternehmen agiert auch in anderen Ländern nach der gleichen Methode (siehe Google- und Trustpilot-Bewertungen). Passen Sie also auf, dass Ihnen nicht dasselbe passiert wie mir, auch wenn ich zweimal versucht habe, die Gebühren zu bezahlen. Was für eine Enttäuschung…

I received a ticket because I apparently parked at the Coop in Bremgarten for 1368 hours, which makes absolutely no sense since I only parked there for 40 minutes that day and don't even live near the Coop. There's no email address or online support either. It's unbelievable that something like this is legally valid.

Migros Buchs... I shopped there for years and parked for free. I moved away... and recently went back. I was puzzled by the red and green lights... and apparently only looked at them. I missed everything else! And now... for parking a few minutes too long... a fine of 63 CHF. I'm not one of Switzerland's rich people. But you can see who gets rich there! My request for a cancellation was denied... I really just didn't see it.... In short... it's all about profit there... and there's no point in writing any explanations. It's a shame... everything's just falling apart and old people are fed up... because they can't keep up with all the modern stuff anymore.

Pfister Furniture Store in Mels: I didn't realize the parking garage was subject to a fee, having shopped there several times without buying a ticket. I thought it was free since the entrance and exit barriers are no longer there. Well, I got a 60 CHF fine for those few minutes. A Pfister employee cynically informed me that there were large signs indicating the parking fees. I only noticed them later, after receiving the fine, when I walked past the store again. Pfister Furniture Store itself occupies 3-4 floors in this building and apparently does nothing to prevent customers from falling for this scam. They're even more rude, simply referring customers to the Mobility Hub.
