Questo è un modello di business basato sulla derubazione. Hanno costruito un sistema che ti permette di scappare senza pagare e di ricevere la fattura della sanzione entro 7 giorni. Nemmeno un sollecito, nessuna notifica push sul cellulare, solo una fattura con la penale in 7 giorni. Chiunque faccia affari con loro dovrebbe vergognarsi.

Attenzione a questa compagnia… Il parchimetro a Baden nel parcheggio dell'ufficio postale (vicino all'ingresso principale) non funzionava e non accettava denaro (carta). Ora ho ricevuto una multa di 57 franchi. Ho contattato l'azienda per pagare retroattivamente le tariffe del parcheggio tramite bonifico bancario, ma non hanno mostrato comprensione o buona volontà. Com'è possibile che in Svizzera succeda una cosa del genere? Questa azienda opera anche in altri paesi utilizzando lo stesso metodo (vedi recensioni di Google e Trustpilot). Quindi fai attenzione che non ti succeda la stessa cosa che è successa a me, anche se ho provato a pagare le tasse due volte. Che delusione…

I received a ticket because I apparently parked at the Coop in Bremgarten for 1368 hours, which makes absolutely no sense since I only parked there for 40 minutes that day and don't even live near the Coop. There's no email address or online support either. It's unbelievable that something like this is legally valid.

Migros Buchs... I shopped there for years and parked for free. I moved away... and recently went back. I was puzzled by the red and green lights... and apparently only looked at them. I missed everything else! And now... for parking a few minutes too long... a fine of 63 CHF. I'm not one of Switzerland's rich people. But you can see who gets rich there! My request for a cancellation was denied... I really just didn't see it.... In short... it's all about profit there... and there's no point in writing any explanations. It's a shame... everything's just falling apart and old people are fed up... because they can't keep up with all the modern stuff anymore.

Pfister Furniture Store in Mels: I didn't realize the parking garage was subject to a fee, having shopped there several times without buying a ticket. I thought it was free since the entrance and exit barriers are no longer there. Well, I got a 60 CHF fine for those few minutes. A Pfister employee cynically informed me that there were large signs indicating the parking fees. I only noticed them later, after receiving the fine, when I walked past the store again. Pfister Furniture Store itself occupies 3-4 floors in this building and apparently does nothing to prevent customers from falling for this scam. They're even more rude, simply referring customers to the Mobility Hub.
