Leider habe ich seit Wochen nichts von ihnen gehört und sie sind nicht erreichbar. Das einzige Mal, dass jemand vorbeikam, war zu einem Zeitpunkt, zu dem ich immer wieder erwähnt hatte, dass ich nicht erreichbar war (Online-Meeting), aber natürlich stand der Mitarbeiter direkt vor der Tür! (30. Juli – 10:00 Uhr!) Der Marder läuft auch WOCHEN später immer noch fröhlich umher – in dieser Firma scheint es niemanden zu interessieren, dass auch der Tischler bereit ist, mit der Arbeit zu beginnen. Na ja – ich hoffe, das Management gibt den Job jemand anderem.
Der eingeplante Techniker gab den Auftrag an einen Kollegen weiter, der mich vor seinem Besuch telefonisch darüber informierte, was ich als sehr angenehm und beruhigend empfand. Er war ein sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Mann, der schnell verstand, wie man das Wespenproblem im Rollladenkasten und der Fassadendämmung lösen konnte. Er erklärte mir alles und half mir dann herauszufinden, woher andere Wespen in einem geschlossenen Raum kommen könnten und wie ich sie kostenlos daran hindern könnte, weiter einzudringen. Am Ende erklärte er mir, wie der Rechnungsbetrag berechnet wurde und stellte mir auch einen Arbeitsbericht zur Verfügung. Eine rundum positive Erfahrung! 👌 Vielen Dank!
Nicht empfohlen! Der Kammerjäger weigerte sich zunächst, sich die Wohnung überhaupt anzusehen. Wir riefen erneut an und bestanden darauf, dass das Problem in der Wohnung beurteilt würde. Am Ende konnte Insekta das Problem nicht lösen. Nach einiger Zeit haben wir die Ursache des Befalls selbst entdeckt und beseitigt. Die Rechnung von Insekta über 200 Franken kam jedoch sehr schnell an. Danke für nichts...
The fly infestation needed to be addressed in 2021. Mr. W.... from the Bern branch inspected everything on-site, and we discussed the problem. A quote of just under CHF 2000 was subsequently sent, which was then commissioned. Initially, it was stated that the treatment should not be carried out below 10 degrees Celsius. On the scheduled day, one of the employees was absent due to illness, so the appointment could not be kept, for which I fully understand. A new appointment was quickly arranged, but there was snow on the roof that day. Nevertheless, the treatment was carried out. Unfortunately, I was unable to be present; my wife received the men. The following sunny day, it quickly became apparent that the discussed problem areas were infested with hundreds of flies. Unfortunately, these areas were not treated at all. After several requests, these areas were also treated as a courtesy (only from the outside with lances taped together, thanks to duct tape). After each treatment, the apartment had to be thoroughly cleaned due to spillage of the product and sloppy work; even the trim around the skylight was affected. Unfortunately, in September 2022, it became clear that the work, which the two employees had completed in approximately three hours for just under CHF 2,000, was unsuccessful and provided no solution. The fly infestation persists, and we are now struggling with it using Landi products. According to Mr. W.... from Insekta, who stated this during his initial visit, we should have been free of the fly problem for three years. However, when we contacted Insekta via Brüttisellen in September 2022, we were informed that the current situation was normal. I would appreciate a statement from Insekta and perhaps a further solution.
I am very satisfied with the work of Mr. Wälti from the Bern branch. We had been battling a flour moth infestation for weeks, and Mr. Wälti quickly and cost-effectively got it under control! Thank you so much!!!
Insekta was unable to resolve the problem and has since refused to honor the warranty. From relatively early on, there seemed to be no interest in fixing the issue. Insekta's business model appears to be based on empty promises and a lot of talk, but not on actual performance.
