Unfortunately, they consistently offer overpriced tires. You can't order tires elsewhere and have them mounted at the Drivecenter if your own wheels are stored there. You're forced to order their overpriced tires; otherwise, you have to cancel the tire storage. Absolutely not customer-oriented. 👎 …
I had an appointment to have my tires changed. After waiting three weeks, I finally had some time for myself. Then they sent me home without changing the tires. Yes, I brought my own tires, which I clearly stated when booking online. I didn't order any tires, just booked the fitting. They don't want to do any work... I would have gladly paid for the service.

Unfortunately, this company has not impressed us. We ordered four all-terrain tires at the beginning of February. The supplier still had five in stock. We were promised a notification as soon as they arrived. Nothing happened. We inquired twice and were given the runaround. Now, after our renewed inquiry, they are suddenly claiming that these tires are no longer available from the supplier and that we were misinformed. Apparently, this is what they call customer service!
