Sfortunatamente, offrono costantemente pneumatici troppo cari. Non è possibile ordinare pneumatici altrove e farli montare presso il Drivecenter se le proprie ruote sono conservate lì. Sei costretto a ordinare i loro pneumatici troppo cari; in caso contrario è necessario annullare il deposito degli pneumatici. Assolutamente non orientato al cliente. 👎…
Avevo appuntamento per il cambio gomme. Dopo aver aspettato tre settimane, finalmente ho avuto un po' di tempo per me stessa. Poi mi hanno rimandato a casa senza cambiare le gomme. Sì, ho portato i miei pneumatici, come ho chiaramente indicato al momento della prenotazione online. Non ho ordinato nessun pneumatico, ho solo prenotato il montaggio. Non vogliono fare nessun lavoro... Avrei pagato volentieri il servizio.

Unfortunately, this company has not impressed us. We ordered four all-terrain tires at the beginning of February. The supplier still had five in stock. We were promised a notification as soon as they arrived. Nothing happened. We inquired twice and were given the runaround. Now, after our renewed inquiry, they are suddenly claiming that these tires are no longer available from the supplier and that we were misinformed. Apparently, this is what they call customer service!
