Unfortunately, the lady at the checkout was totally unfriendly. A friendly hello would have been expected. Every time I enter the store, people are on the phone and gossiping about meetings, employees, etc. I find it extremely unprofessional and it makes me seem unmotivated. I really wanted to buy several items of clothing, but didn't want to stop the lady from her gossipy phone call. I'd rather go to a Chicoree store where I'm greeted and the customer comes first. It's a shame :-(

I've been buying Chicorée products for a long time. The staff in Muri are excellent. But today I was at the branch in Affoltern am Albis. The staff there were so cold and indifferent to the customer, and they even tried not to put the products we bought into the bag. A customer is attracted by the friendliness of the staff as much as by the price and quality. Please inquire at the branch in Affoltern am Albis. Thank you.

I haven't shopped in those "cheap" stores for decades! Yesterday I bought 10 or 11 items of clothing for less than 130 Swiss francs. Because I needed a variety of clothes and had little money, I found some really cool clothes! A big shout-out to the pretty Asian saleswoman; she was very nice and helpful. Thank you so much, right? 😘
