Every previously-mentioned quality of Claudio and his family-company Herger Home we found to be 100% true: 'authentic', 'committed', 'competent', 'comprehensive', 'dedicated', 'efficient', 'friendly', 'honest', 'informed', 'knowledgeable', 'patient', 'personable', 'polite', 'precise', 'professional', 'prompt', 'quick', 'reliable', 'responsive', 'supportive', 'thorough', 'transparent', 'uncomplicated', etc. After spending several years unsuccessfully searching throughout Central Switzerland for our affordable dream family apartment in a quiet mountain village, we happened upon Herger Home' advert for such online. As soon as we saw it we sensed it to be "the one". Our promptly-arranged inspection visit confirmed this, and the subsequent purchase process as guided by Claudio went silkily smoothly through to completion in a surprisingly very-short time. Being an english-speaker with only rudimentary Deutsch -- and literally zero Schweizerdeutsch abilities -- Claudio was invaluable in acting as an intermediary for me with the tenant, condominium, neighbours and notary. He was very informative in explaining about the Swiss/Uri/local property market, laws, conditions and most importantly culture. Seemingly (beyond pure monetary profit) it is important for him to choose a matching fit of both clients with their desired property, but also the town/neighbours with the client! Very admirable. Also to be stressed is that Claudio went way beyond his job remit for us in liaising with both the current tenant in regards our taking over ownership, and with the condominium owner's association about parking places' changeover, etc. This post-purchase support -- purely voluntary -- cannot be faulted. We cannot thank him and his company enough :-) In short, for overall quality and value he/they provided "the whole package". To choose one word to summarise Herger Home -- "Outstanding"!!!

Truly thorough, personal and friendly people. Purchasing a property could be a long, daunting process, but they made it so much easier. From the very first contact, to the very end, Claudio and his brothers were always so patient, friendly and professional. They never left us in the dark during the whole process (they always went above and beyond to provide the best service possible). An added bonus is that they are proficient in English as well. :) If anyone is looking to purchase a real state (their portfolio is diverse), I would highly recommend using their service. Funny how this works: the slightest disappointment, and people will smash tables, and break chairs, as they rush to leave a negative review anywhere they can to share their 'sorrow' with the world. But - when everything is great - truly great - how often do we take the time to give praise where it's due? Well, in our dealings with Herger Home GmbH (particularly Claudio and his brother), we were truly impressed - on all fronts. A degree of transparency that's exceptionally rare in any industry (or country, for that matter). Genuinely friendly, warm, and authentic service. No bs, no pressure, just good, honest, and genuine conversations about the property we're interested in - including advice that truly considers the interests of the buyer. I'm rarely left with an impression so positive I feel compelled to write a glaring review. This is one of those situations. Ah, and as my review would suggest - service with a superb facility in the English language by Claudio and his brother - is one of the many extras you can expect on from Herger Home.
