¡Realmente no podemos agregar mucho a las críticas ya dadas, aparte de estar completamente de acuerdo con todas ellas!... Descubrimos que todas las cualidades mencionadas anteriormente de Claudio y su empresa familiar Herger Home son 100% ciertas: "auténtico", "comprometido", "competente", "integral", "dedicado", "eficiente", "amigable", "honesto", "informado", "conocido", "paciente", "agradable", "educado", "preciso", "profesional". "rápido", "rápido", "confiable", "receptivo", "de apoyo", "minucioso", "transparente", "sin complicaciones", etc. Después de pasar varios años buscando sin éxito por toda Suiza Central nuestro asequible apartamento familiar de ensueño en un tranquilo pueblo de montaña, nos topamos con un anuncio de Herger Home en Internet. Nada más verlo intuimos que era "el indicado". Nuestra visita de inspección, organizada rápidamente, lo confirmó y el proceso de compra posterior, guiado por Claudio, se desarrolló sin contratiempos hasta su finalización en un tiempo sorprendentemente muy corto. Siendo un hablante de inglés con sólo un alemán rudimentario, y literalmente cero habilidades en Schweizerdeutsch, Claudio fue invaluable al actuar como intermediario para mí con el inquilino, el condominio, los vecinos y el notario. Fue muy informativo al explicar sobre el mercado inmobiliario suizo/uri/local, las leyes, las condiciones y, lo más importante, la cultura. Aparentemente (más allá del puro beneficio monetario) para él es importante elegir una combinación que combine tanto con el cliente como con la propiedad deseada, ¡pero también con la ciudad/vecinos con el cliente! Muy admirable. También hay que destacar que Claudio fue mucho más allá de sus competencias laborales con nosotros al comunicarse tanto con el inquilino actual con respecto a nuestra toma de propiedad como con la asociación de propietarios del condominio para el cambio de plazas de estacionamiento, etc. Este apoyo posterior a la compra, puramente voluntario, no puede ser criticado. No podemos agradecerle lo suficiente a él y a su empresa :-) En resumen, en términos de calidad y valor general, proporcionaron "el paquete completo". Para elegir una palabra para resumir Herger Home: "¡¡¡Excelente"!!!

Truly thorough, personal and friendly people. Purchasing a property could be a long, daunting process, but they made it so much easier. From the very first contact, to the very end, Claudio and his brothers were always so patient, friendly and professional. They never left us in the dark during the whole process (they always went above and beyond to provide the best service possible). An added bonus is that they are proficient in English as well. :) If anyone is looking to purchase a real state (their portfolio is diverse), I would highly recommend using their service. Honest and very committed. Cannot go wrong with Herger Home. Thank you guys once again.

Funny how this works: the slightest disappointment, and people will smash tables, and break chairs, as they rush to leave a negative review anywhere they can to share their 'sorrow' with the world. But - when everything is great - truly great - how often do we take the time to give praise where it's due? Well, in our dealings with Herger Home GmbH (particularly Claudio and his brother), we were truly impressed - on all fronts. A degree of transparency that's exceptionally rare in any industry (or country, for that matter). Genuinely friendly, warm, and authentic service. No bs, no pressure, just good, honest, and genuine conversations about the property we're interested in - including advice that truly considers the interests of the buyer. I'm rarely left with an impression so positive I feel compelled to write a glaring review. This is one of those situations. Ah, and as my review would suggest - service with a superb facility in the English language by Claudio and his brother - is one of the many extras you can expect on from Herger Home. You're in good hands with this company.

I virtual visited one of the property that Claudio propose on his website and we chat a lot regarding my expectation preparing the visit and Claudio is very professional and precise on all the aspect of the buying. During the virtual visit he was so precise in all the details and the experience was so immersive that looks like I was in the apartment in person.
