Business cards were delivered with a clear typo – despite a clear template. No attempt was made to resolve the issue fairly or reprint the card. Instead of customer service, only excuses and an arrogant tone. This is definitely not how you treat business customers in 2025. It's a shame, because first impressions count – even when dealing with complaints. I understand that mistakes can happen. However, the key is how you handle customers when they point them out. My concern wasn't an attack, but rather a desire for a professional solution. Unfortunately, this didn't materialize.
