I just spent three days with Jo, forging my own knife with him, and it was fantastic! From the design and forging to the grinding and sharpening. The knife is top quality, looks amazing, and will definitely be used for generations to come! Jo is extremely friendly and patient (especially with special requests...). Fantastic course! I initially imagined I'd be doing 90% of the work myself. But it turned out to be the other way around: Jo took on a lot of the work, because the goal was to create a top-notch knife that truly performs. And it certainly did. Without his help, the result would never have been so good. Anyone who thinks this is a simple craft is in for a rude awakening. I take my hat off to Jo's expertise. Absolutely brilliant!
