I was looking for a parking space and Vetroreal quickly suggested a suitable solution. The service was friendly and I am very satisfied with the support and quick help I received.
It's a shame you can't give zero stars. I hope I never have to deal with this agency again.
I requested a viewing and received a response one hour before the scheduled time. After that, I received no further reply. This is despite two written inquiries and one phone call. Definitely the wrong landlord for me.
No response is given to emails whatsoever. I recommend everyone carefully read the terms and conditions :) Then you'll understand why an apartment can be cheaper than other apartments advertised by a different real estate agency.
Tenants are treated like dirt. Nothing that is promised is kept.
