They don't accept product returns, even after four days of purchase. You have no right to inspect what you're buying and could end up with a really poor-quality product. It's better to order something online and be sure they'll accept your return if necessary.

I have never experienced such customer-unfriendliness and arrogance. Almost three years ago, I brought in a three-year-old coffee machine for repair and had to pay 150 CHF for an estimate (for a single seal). The final estimate came to 675 CHF, and I had to buy a new one for 700 CHF to get my 150 CHF back. Now, two years and three months later with the new machine, the same thing happened again 😡. I had the old one repaired for 8 CHF (seal) and it's still working perfectly. Never again Fust, and certainly not in Buochs.
