We had an excellent experience at SOLID. We were recommended here by a friend and after initial discussions over email, we found the tables to be outside our budget. However, we thought of going over to Buttisholz and having a look in person, as we weren't liking any of the dining tables we were seeing online or at other places. Mr Elsener received us warmly and gave us a tour of the facility. We instantly recognised the level of expertise and high craftsmanship on display. In particular, we fell in love with the "Luna" table and "Arno" stackable stools in walnut wood. It didn't take us long to change our minds, justify a budget extension ;-) and place the order. After a wait of about eight weeks, we received our table and stools, and can I say that we were completely mind-blown. The care and craftsmanship shines through clearly. The entire process from day one was smooth and uncomplicated, thanks to Mr Elsener. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a beautiful piece of furniture (that will very likely outlast you and hence be considered an hierloom) to visit SOLID and make a selection in person. We are extremely happy with this purchase and will likely approach Mr Elsener for other furniture needs in the future. I hope SOLID expands their catalogue in the coming years. Solid comes highly recommended. The initial contact and consultations were extremely professional and personal, and we were able to view tables, chairs, and other items in their showroom. Our order included a table, chairs, and a TV unit. The subsequent production began with the personal selection of the wood (table planks), and our wishes were fully taken into account. During production, we were kept informed with short updates and photos, which kept us excited. Finally, Solid carefully delivered and installed the furniture.
