Rebreg GmbH and its entire young team are a real pleasure to work with as a general contractor. From the very first discussions with Managing Director Jonas Reber and Tony Regez, I felt very comfortable. I always received highly competent advice, and my wishes were always taken into account. The team is young and highly motivated. All deadlines were always met. The workmanship and precision are simply outstanding. You can really feel the professional pride. It's wonderful that such excellent professionals still exist. I have further construction projects planned, and I will gladly undertake them with Rebreg GmbH again.

Following the severe weather in July 2022, we commissioned Rebreg GmbH to provide a quote for roof repairs. We were informed that this would take several weeks due to the extensive work caused by the storm. In mid-September, we contacted the company, but were given vague assurances that they would call us back or send us the quote. This never happened. At the beginning of October, we called again. We were told that no one could return our calls due to vacation. However, the quote would be prepared immediately upon their return. At the end of October, we called again. Again, we received excuses and were promised a callback. After another call in mid-November, we obtained Mr. Reber's direct phone number. He informed us that the quote had already been sent. We requested that it be sent again within a few days. This was promised, and we were told that he now had our phone number and would contact us. Two weeks later, we still haven't received the quote. Today, December 8, 2022, I called Mr. Reber again. The phone was answered. However, once it became clear that we were again requesting a quote, the phone was likely put aside, and we were simply not spoken to. After about two minutes, the call was disconnected. This wasn't a service disruption, as someone could be heard speaking in the background, and no callback was made. At least have the courage to inform customers that the order will not be placed and the quote will not be provided. Absolutely fantastic service! I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and acquaintances.
