It took a month for the building manager to call back after reporting the problem, and another month before someone came on the second attempt. Furthermore, one should expect that in a building with 600 doors, the spare parts would always be carried in the vehicle and wouldn't need to be removed and then transported to the factory for repair. The service technician was friendly and helpful.

RWD Schlatter AG is completely unwilling to offer any warranty for its defective products. This is disappointing, in my opinion. Unfortunately, subsequent contact with customer service was also unhelpful. Their promise to "find a good solution together" is clearly not meant seriously.

During our new construction project, the site manager tried constantly to contact the people at RWD Schlatter. Unfortunately, they are very difficult, if not impossible, to reach. Deadlines are not being met, and some door frames are not being delivered. Keeping people informed is also not one of their strengths; they only show up when they feel like it. The project is still ongoing, and I hope that those responsible will get in touch after this negative review.

Door warped after only a short time. Absolutely terrible service. - My email wasn't answered. - The technician arrived at 7:30 AM instead of 9:00 AM! - The door wasn't painted, even though it was mentioned multiple times in the email!
