Worst salesperson that I spoke to. No patience and smells strong cigarette (although this does not define the decision)
I'm absolutely thrilled with Sunrise! The customer service is simply outstanding – the team really takes their time, answers all questions, and gives valuable recommendations that are truly helpful. You can immediately tell that customer satisfaction is their top priority.
This morning, Saturday, November 29, 2025, I went to the Hispeed shop in Dietikon because of a problem with my email account on my new mobile phone. It was clear as soon as I entered the shop that I wasn't welcome. I was the only customer. When I explained the problem, I was quickly told that it wasn't their responsibility and that they hadn't been trained to handle it. So what's the point of them being in the shop then... to sell, take payment, and leave... and never come back? Wrong. If it's a Sunrise and UPC product, then at least an attempt should be made to resolve the issue. The salesperson, M.Gr., is an absolutely demotivated, rude, and disrespectful person. He does more harm than good. Are we supposed to improve the world with young people like that? Never. He'd rather chill than work. This shop is absolutely not recommended. Certainly not with this employee. It's a real shame, as my wife and I have been loyal customers for years.
I've been to the Dietikon shop several times, and everyone is very helpful. Even with more complex questions, the staff are always there to help and find a solution. The customers who write negative reviews have certainly made mistakes themselves, not the staff. I can't understand a single one. I will definitely recommend the shop to many others.
My experience with the Sunrise shop in Dietikon was an unparalleled display of incompetence. On September 16th, I wanted to switch my contract from Salt to Sunrise and keep my existing number. The salesperson (Goran) explicitly assured me that Sunrise would handle everything – cancellation, number porting, and all the paperwork. I wouldn't have to do a thing. He even printed out the forms for me after I signed them. The start date was set for November 19th. On November 19th, I inserted the Sunrise SIM card – it wasn't activated. My Salt contract was still running. The hotline then confirmed that Sunrise hadn't received any porting or cancellation documents, even though the salesperson had assured me everything had been taken care of. This is a clear case of negligent advice. At the shop, I was given the runaround again. Shortly afterward, I received a text message and an email: Porting would only be possible on January 19th – another two months later. This means I'll be paying Salt in full for September, October, November, December, and January. – The discount at Salt has expired → CHF 100 instead of CHF 30. – Additional costs of several hundred francs, simply because the Sunrise shop didn't do its job correctly. The explanation I received in the shop was that I "hadn't responded to emails." The reality: The salesperson sent the emails to the wrong email address, namely that of a completely different subscription (for my cousin). Although I explicitly requested in September that my new subscription be managed separately and that my own email address be used, this separation wasn't properly implemented. The fact that I never saw the emails is therefore 100% Sunrise's fault. Then I was offered an immediate number porting with penalty fees – I was supposed to pay, and Sunrise would then give me a CHF 200 credit. I accepted this – and since then, over 15 days have passed without any progress. I'm still with Salt, still paying full price, still without any information from Sunrise. Yesterday (December 5, 2025), I went to the shop again. The salesperson wasn't there. The employee promised to call me today. Of course: No call. No response. No solution. Legal Assessment & Points of Complaint: Sunrise has clearly: Provided faulty advice Made false information Failed to honor contractual commitments Used incorrect customer data, despite explicit agreements to the contrary Missed porting deadlines, causing financial damage Violated obligations under the Swiss Code of Obligations, Art. 97 et seq. (damages due to non-performance) Failed to provide adequate customer communication Had I known that Sunrise operates this way, I would have immediately paid the penalty fees and switched directly to Swisscom. Unreliable, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. I have been unnecessarily paying CHF 100 per month for months because the Sunrise shop in Dietikon did not perform its duties correctly – and the problem remains unresolved. I expect an immediate response, full compensation for the damage caused, and prompt, correct porting of my number. This is no way to treat customers.
I bought the iPhone 17 Pro today, including a screen protector and phone case. Just five minutes after purchasing it, cracks appeared in the screen protector. I'm 99% certain the screen protector wasn't applied properly. When I reported this to the salesperson, they said, "Everything was fine when you left the store." Their service is nonexistent. If you want to buy a phone from Sunrise, go to the Shopping Tivoli.
