An answer to every question. I've had my insurance with AXA for over 10 years. I always receive excellent advice and information. Another important point for me is that I can always reach someone and never get stuck on hold. Since I couldn't write a new review, I'd like to mention Ms. Furter; she resolved a problem that had remained unresolved for years. Thank you!

A disgrace to the insurance industry. When it came to making money, they were always great. But as soon as there's a claim, things get complicated, and they try to cheat you. The AXA ARAG business legal protection policy was particularly bad. I was sold it through this branch at a very high price (twice as expensive as the second most expensive quote I had at the time). Two cases, two problems. In the second case, they even misplaced official documents, were unreachable for an extended period, received no response, and couldn't get through to their superiors. These "lawyers" don't even know that you have to demand proof of payment if someone from the opposing party claims to have paid the invoice (and that's just one small example among many). After they botched the sure(!) debt collection case, they refused to pay out anything close to the full amount. In my opinion, you should steer clear of them, especially since L. Tricola no longer works there.
My preferred agency for insurance services as an SME. Very friendly and competent staff. The picture is no longer accurate. The new offices are much nicer.
