Fränku and Chrigu were our two chauffeurs during the 17-day trip to and through Scotland. We were a group of curlers who met and got to know our Scottish colleagues at a total of 13 different curling halls. Fränku recommended that we reserve a sufficiently large car in advance so that we would have enough space for our luggage and ourselves, which proved to be very helpful. The entire trip, including ferry crossings, hotel searches, and all transfers, was extremely well-organized. We found all the hotels, curling halls, and other locations right away. At least, that was our impression...! The way the two of them drove safely and carefully through the sometimes narrow roads and sections of the route was simply sensational for me. Even our two Scottish companions were impressed. Furthermore, Fränku and Chrigu proved to be very cooperative partners and always joined us without neglecting their duties as drivers (sufficient sleep, rest periods, alcohol). They were very interested in our concerns and wishes. I always felt completely safe and never had any concerns. The two of them organized the endless loading and unloading of luggage in and out of the coach very well. I was 100% satisfied with the service provided by Fränku and Chrigu and Scheiben AG and would take a coach trip with them again anytime! It's been a few days since we returned from an exciting and very enjoyable trip to Provence. This was my first time traveling with Scheiben Reisen, and I had no expectations. I simply wanted to clear my head and enjoy myself (I saw the advertisement for this trip by chance on bern-ost.ch). From the first contact to the last, I had a positive experience: - During registration, I received competent, friendly, and straightforward advice. - The program/schedule and timing (spring) of the trip were ideal. - The journey in the modern coach was very comfortable. - The driver was a very helpful and friendly person. He drove calmly and skillfully (I felt safe at all times). - The local tour guide was knowledgeable and had a great deal of expertise. He was friendly and courteous. - The hotel was fun, and the staff (all rather young people) were very welcoming and helpful. The food at the hotel was fine for me. We spent the last few days in Prague on a beer tour with Fränku and Chrigu from Scheiben Reisen and Eveline from Mein Emmental. It was truly professional and exceptionally well-organized from start to finish!
