Fränku et Chrigu étaient nos deux chauffeurs pendant le voyage de 17 jours à travers l'Écosse. Nous étions un groupe de curleurs qui ont rencontré et fait connaissance avec nos collègues écossais dans 13 salles de curling différentes. Fränku nous a recommandé de réserver à l'avance une voiture suffisamment grande pour avoir suffisamment d'espace pour nos bagages et nous-mêmes, ce qui s'est avéré très utile. L'ensemble du voyage, y compris les traversées en ferry, les recherches d'hôtels et tous les transferts, a été extrêmement bien organisé. Nous avons immédiatement trouvé tous les hôtels, salles de curling et autres endroits. Du moins, c'était notre impression...! La façon dont ils ont conduit tous les deux en toute sécurité et prudemment sur les routes et les sections parfois étroites du parcours était tout simplement sensationnelle pour moi. Même nos deux compagnons écossais ont été impressionnés. De plus, Fränku et Chrigu se sont révélés être des partenaires très coopératifs et nous ont toujours rejoint sans négliger leurs devoirs de chauffeurs (sommeil suffisant, périodes de repos, alcool). Ils étaient très intéressés par nos préoccupations et nos souhaits. Je me suis toujours senti complètement en sécurité et je n'ai jamais eu de soucis. Tous deux ont très bien organisé le chargement et le déchargement sans fin des bagages dans et hors de l'autocar. J'étais satisfait à 100 % du service fourni par Fränku, Chrigu et Scheiben AG et je ferais à nouveau un voyage en autocar avec eux à tout moment ! Des expériences étonnantes comme les balades en raquettes, une balade en husky et la visite d'une ferme de rennes resteront à jamais des souvenirs précieux. It's been a few days since we returned from an exciting and very enjoyable trip to Provence. This was my first time traveling with Scheiben Reisen, and I had no expectations. I simply wanted to clear my head and enjoy myself (I saw the advertisement for this trip by chance on bern-ost.ch). From the first contact to the last, I had a positive experience: - During registration, I received competent, friendly, and straightforward advice. - The program/schedule and timing (spring) of the trip were ideal. - The journey in the modern coach was very comfortable. - The driver was a very helpful and friendly person. He drove calmly and skillfully (I felt safe at all times). - The local tour guide was knowledgeable and had a great deal of expertise. He was friendly and courteous. - The hotel was fun, and the staff (all rather young people) were very welcoming and helpful. The food at the hotel was fine for me. We spent the last few days in Prague on a beer tour with Fränku and Chrigu from Scheiben Reisen and Eveline from Mein Emmental. It was truly professional and exceptionally well-organized from start to finish!
