Sensational!!! As a trained chef, I have my own idea of what fresh and flavorful vegetables should be, and this regularly surpasses it. It's true that the produce isn't as "perfect" and flawless as the mass-produced goods from wholesalers or discount stores – but you can always dress it up and make a delicious vegetable broth. Instead, I get not only organic or even Demeter-certified quality, but also varieties that are almost impossible to find these days, which significantly enhances my menu. In the picture: prepared vegetables from a "medium" weekly box. I've never been able to prepare and enjoy such flavorful, authentic vegetables. Even though I'm not a vegetarian, it makes a huge difference whether the sautéed carrot batonettes taste like carrots or just like red-dyed, buttered sticks tossed in butter. Top quality – highly recommended.

A beautifully situated farm with a super nice family and a community-supported agriculture (CSA) program. Very tasty vegetables and meat.
