We entrusted Alpstyle Immobilien with the sale of our holiday home in the Bernese Oberland. This process took a good six months and was handled very professionally and to our complete satisfaction. From the initial consultation to the sale, the communication was always very friendly, and we definitely benefited from Alpstyle's extensive experience. Any questions were answered promptly, and all necessary arrangements were handled competently. We can therefore wholeheartedly recommend Alpstyle Immobilien AG.
We wanted to buy a property but discovered that we had been misinformed about a very important point. The reservation agreement was incomplete. The sale price and other details were missing! The manager wanted to close the sale quickly and refused to correct the agreement. Communication became unfriendly and unhelpful. In our opinion, this behavior is completely unacceptable. We cannot recommend Alpstyle.
The property valuation was carried out competently by the managing director and flawlessly documented. Competent, reliable, and very pleasant cooperation.
While communication wasn't entirely seamless, the managing director is extremely courteous and solution-oriented. She personally took the time to resolve all issues, which I greatly appreciate. The website is also very well designed and features beautiful photos of high-quality properties.
Viewing in Erlenbach im Simmental :) Very demotivated real estate agent, no welcome, no hello / disastrous and extremely unfriendly. Her response was that I should do more research online than she actually asked any questions. I practically had to drag information out of her. Therefore, I absolutely cannot recommend her. And because of her behavior, nothing from Alpstyle Immobilien is of interest to me anymore.
Arrogant contact, "Have you got the financing sorted?" "I keep showing the property to people..." And then not getting back to them as agreed to view the property. Absolutely unacceptable...
