I like the appealing morden Architekture which defines this building.The Leutschentower is situated within Zurich, Oerlikon and forms city district 11, which is very well connected. By car or streetcar lines 10, 11 (Oerlikerhus stop), this property is easily accessible from the city center, the international airport and other Swiss cities. The vibrant Oerlikon train station center is less than 5 minutes away by streetcar. Many well-known national and international companies have already settled in this up-and-coming quarter.

The new Italian restaurant is a definite improvement. The food is good, and the "slim" lunch menu can be varied upon request. Service is very attentive and friendly. Last but not least: a good espresso
