The 90th anniversary celebration of Strähl cheese on September 6, 2025, was absolutely top-notch. Dear "Strähl Cheese Family," Last night we were able to celebrate a fantastic party with you. Once again, I can say that festivities with an agricultural background or touch are the best that our beautiful Switzerland has to offer. Thank you for the generous and varied catering with food and drinks. Furthermore, the supporting program, hosted by Thomas Götz, aka NR Arnold Schnyder, was top-notch. With the impressive magician from Tyrol and then the atmospheric party band MAXiN, we were able to spend a fantastic evening, or rather morning, with you. Thank you again!
We've been giving our friends in Austria Appenzeller and Emmentaler cheese as gifts for quite some time now. They always love it. Everyone always asks if we'll be giving them another one. Now we've made the homemade cheese fondue mix for ourselves at home. Absolutely fantastic! Huge compliments!
I discovered Raclette cheese at Denner, aged for 5 months and sliced thinly. I was thrilled – it melted beautifully and stayed that way until the very last bite. Thank you for this delicious Raclette cheese!
