Seven years ago, I brought a ring I bought from Inform to be repaired. The price wasn't reasonable, and neither was the repair. I asked several times. The answer: I won't buy the glue until I have a use for other things. The store is degenerating into a junk shop; jewelry has become secondary, and that's at a goldsmith. I received a rude text message two months ago. The ring is finished. I asked for the invoice and the ring to be sent to me by mail, as I'm never in Kerzers. No response, not even after asking again.
